Larry, I agree that if DELL comes up with 47% earnings growth then it deserves a lower PE than 60-70. But if for arguments sake we assume that they do come up with 60%+ earnings growth but don't beat the estimates, what should be the fair PE? In other words, why isn't growth alone sufficient and it is necessary to beat estimates? This whole whisper number thing is a hoax IMO.

DELL indeed has gone through a PE expansion in recent past, but I think that was based mostly on their amazing ability to execute in comparison to the rest of the pack.

BTW, what did you find unhealthy in the quarterly report?
