Looks like PRWT drifted lower from .04 to .028 cents during the last couple of weeks, just as I predicted based upon, DD, facts, and logic. We will most likely be going much lower as many of the PRWT investors that bought 50-100 million shares at 4 cents to 12 cents will be selling over the next couple of weeks for tax write off purposes. The fact that PRWT will not release a 10Q will also drive investors away and keep many on the sidelines. This may be a good play in March or April once PRWT releases financials and we can confirm the reverse merger and revenues. The over 700 million outstanding shares also continues to be a major problem and must be addresses by PRWT via news wire/website releases. Good Luck

PS: We may test the lows again until PRWT provides solid facts. Possibe 1 to 1.5 cents per share with-in the next several weeks.
