MEGW has purchased state of the art equipment and entered into deals with large telecommunications companies to purchase time. Internet telephone is actually made over the regular telephone. The voice is transformed into a signal that can be transmitted over the internet and the transformed back into voice at the other end. It works just like a regular phone call but is much cheaper. MEGW also is the only company currently that can do the same thing with a fax which will be done in China as announced.
