Jeff. Have you ever prepared a 10Q or K SB?? This wording is required for development stage companys. Check out ALYD's filing for 3/97 when they say in this section they will be "cash flow positive beginning in June 1997 and ever month thereafter", then check out there filings for June and September 1997. Guess what, cash flow from operations is negative. Its not prudent to say things like they did and any CPA worth their salt would not have allowed it. Surprised some savvy shareholder hasn't sued over that. What did ALYD's stock price do during this time. At times I wish I was an attorney... Wish you will on ALYD...
