The 8k is good, the BD part, and bad, the SEC part. I am wondering why the SEC filed the additional charges though, if this BD report, which we have not seen, in any way backs up Guido's last report.

The really pro, and somewhat paranoid, GE boosters will say the SEC is just out to get GE no matter what. I don't buy that.
