Joey boy-

"...why is it that the "large high tech corporation in British Columbia" is not named? Is there a reason it is not named?..."

Good and legitimate questions....

The reasons for not disclosing information may be manifold...(legal????).

However, I have rephrased your questions as follows and have forwarded them to Greg Kraft for a reply. I will post the reply when I receive it.

In the 9/11/98 press release, Mr. Romanica current place of residence is described as a "large high tech corporation". Can you please tell me the name and more about this corporation? Are there any reasons why this company's name wasn't included in the press release?

Regarding competition, as has been noted in my and other people's previous posts, questions have been posed to you but never answered about the viability of the product and the market. Here are some of those questions again. How large is the market? How many products can the market support? Is this a good product? How much market share must be gotten to be profitable? Is this particular product being effectively marketed to generate market share?

According to my calculations based on PINC's revenue projections, PINC generates significant revenues (and becomes profitable) from this market with less than 2% penetration.

Now rather than refute my just made statement, please answer the questions above about the market and offer an analysis of your own about market share.

Oops Joey:

Forgot a point regarding your post.

PINC has been "obscure" previously and I have taken note of it as well.

PINC subsequently provided additional information that at least stated what university he was formerly dean of plus additional information regarding his experience as follows.

John Kendall - Director
Dr. Kendall, a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Physics and a professional engineer, was previously Dean of Science at the University of Calgary, Canada. He has had extensive consulting experience, consulting to such entities as the Governments of Great Britain, Canada, and the Peoples Republic of China, the British Admiralty, the World Bank, RevenueCanada, PetroCanada, Imperial Oil and LSI Logic of Canada. Dr. Kendall has won a number of teaching awards, has been awarded three patents, and has authored over 60 referenced papers as well as three books.

Now why didn't PINC provide this information previously?
Could there be legal reasons for non disclosure?

Should we raise a red flag before asking any questions seeking clarification?

To do so is a bit irresponsible or shall I say "pre-mature".
