Humbly report, ztect, regarding your questions (which, by the way were not posted to me 'til now, therefore I did not answer them 'til now.)

So, regarding "How large is the market? How many products can the market support? Is this a good product? How much market share must be gotten to be profitable? Is this particular product being effectively marketed to generate market share?"

To the best of my knowledge, no reputable source has ever stated exactly how large the market is, nor how many products the market can support, so your guess is as good as mine. Gartner Group has put out some numbers, but they've been quite hyperbolic in the past, and proven to be wrong in many instances. One thing is certain. Virtually all sources agree that many more players will enter the y2k PC fix arena, and some reputable sources (quoted on this thread in the past) state that free fixes are bound to come. Please note that Microsoft has not yet seriously entered this field, with the exception of setting up a web site that helps sort out the y2k problems in their software. As y2k draws nearer, I fully expect them to come up with something to which most everyone on a PC will flock.

How good is MBCK? I'm not qualified to answer.

In any case, I hear that MBCK appears to be an altered version of Survive 2000, and I'm told that entities other than PINC have the unrestricted marketing rights for Survive 2000 version 1.3, and no one at this stage has the rights for version 2.1.

How much market share will PINC get? Well, they (or their "analysts") tell us that they expect 100,000 copies of MBCK to move per month. As I stated here before, the combined download numbers to-date for PC y2k fixes at one popular site number less than that, so to-date the market is small, and 2% of it is not going to help the PINC bottom line, in my humble opinion. Regarding the fluffy info on the CEO, let's judge the information once it is provided. In the mean time, to me, the non-informative nature of the disclosure remains yet another huge red flag, no matter how you want to look at it.

Cheers,

Svejk

No.

When we first went to put out the NR we had included the name.
Dwight asked us to remove it for two reasons. He was (and still is) still working for the company, and he didn't want any idiots bothering him there, or phoning the company to verify his existence. [ztect's emphasis and comment complete idiots would call ].

Dwight is giving us the guidance that we need, and is acting on a part time basis with us. He receives no salary (neither do I) and has already targeted three companies for us to acquire. When we are more seasoned (a lot more sales) that will be the timing to bring on a full time CEO. We can't afford one of stature right now.

The nay sayers can make mileage out of this all they want to.

Quite frankly, I'm sick of responding to every negative that these
vigilantes come up with. As a young company we will make, and have
made, mistakes. I've got more better things to do then spend an hour at 2:30 AM responding to people. I don't mind when it is someone who owns the stock, but not the vigilantes.

The bottom line is the product works and we are marketing it in the best way we know how. [ztect's emphasis]

I think that sales will be a minimum of 1 million units by Dec. 99 and our stock price will be a lot higher.

Do any of these idiots not think that MZD did their DD before taking us on a client?

It took them 5 weeks to make a decision about us. Why hasn't anyone called Allan Zukerman and asked him about us?

Could it be that MZD is to powerful and prestigious to bring into the equation?

Why has no one attacked the analyst report that projected 30 cents a share in the first 1/4 of 99?

Is it because they don't want the world to know how much DD was done on us?

An analyst with 20 years of a pretty good reputation is not going to tout our company, thereby putting his reputation on the line, without being comfortable about what he writes.

I'm off to Comdex tonight. I don't have a lap top so I can't respond
back to you immediately. If you really need to get in touch with me
phone me at the 800 219-8785 # and I will return your call immediately.

I hope I've answered all of your questions. If not, contact me again,
and I will elaborate. Once again, thanks for your interest and support.
