Yahoo Post # 828

"To all those holding long and thinking that the price might not go down too much, ask yourselves, at what price would you consider buying additional shares? I hope you answered well below five bucks. These scenerios that have the price opening in the teens or twenties are cases of wishful thinking. Does anyone reading this thread plan to buy shares over $10 on Monday? I don't think so.

It will open around $4 share only because some shorts will accept that as a cover. New investors will not pay more than $3 for this on Monday. The press release was, by the way, good news, and if treated as it should have been the stock deserved to go up fifty cents a share.

My recommendation to XXXXXX and anyone else who stands to lose a bundle is this: spend the day with your family or best friends, have a few drinks, and don't let the loss of money ruin more than a few days of your lives.

And good luck with your next trade. "

I thought this was a reasonable post and was asking what a reasonable person would do.

I would not buy at $30 Monday.

Who here has a buy limit order in at $30?

Who here would feel more comfortable with a short limit order of $10?

Good Luck, Ted

AVCO, a Santa Barbara CA co. provided some mind-boggling action this past week-- Another Santa Barbara CA. co. that could be on the verge of a big move is EXPERTELLIGENCE (EXGP), which has developed unique INTERNET technologies, and has only about 1.6 million shares outstanding--their products are used by Fortune 500 companies and the market cap is only about $5 million--LET'S HEAR IT FOR SANTA BARBARA !!

<50 Times Faster Than Conventional Modems? Now That's Fast!>This was the headlineed on their original press release, and as you read a person not sophisticated to internet tech(of which the majority are not)they get the strong impression this modem is their doing, their breakthrough and this is some how a revolutionary event--of which, of course it was not-- ...

Yes, that is fast. You see the same sort of info from every xDSL provider out there.

So whose fault is it that someone invested in a small, unproven and unprofitable company selling something that the investor didn't understand just because the stock was skyrocketing on the basis of a PR?
