If there are really 90 million shares outstanding, a reverse split should be considered by the company. Only the largest companies can show meaningful profits in the face of such a huge number of outstanding shares. A reverse split only panics the ignorant. Look at FLYTD--shares are up nicely since last week's 1 for 3 reverse split. If there's true value, reverse splits can only help you.
