Bill Clinton's daughter wanted a parrot for her birthday. At the last minute the President's aides found a pet shop with a parrot for sale. The pet shop owner warned them that the parrot had formerly been owned by a pimp. They were in a bind so they bought it anyway. They placed it outside the oval office at the White House. Chelsea walked by and it said "Too young." Hillary walked by and it said "Too old." The President walked by and it said "Hi Bill! Where have you been?"
