I'm glad you stopped being so negative and can now see the positive aspects of this deal. <VBG>

At least they had the $55,000 to give them. That's pretty good for a company originally financed for $5000. Companies like this are always looking for tax write-offs. What better way is there than giving all your stockholders money away? Geez, I wonder if we still have the $5000 now or is that gone too? <VBG>
