Found this chart in a post by Arik T.G., someone whom I read regularly.

Classic TA states that once a trendline is broken, typically you get a rise back to the trendline and that is the perfect place to short.

Unless classic TA is wrong :), we are now in a perfect shorting opportunity. I would agree there is a chance for higher prices near term, but not much higher. The trendline can be violated to the up-side slightly, but then down we go. I kinda like the call for 1150-1160 and then down.

Not sure how I am going to play this, but I may just wait for a sign to get short and skip the long side. There might be more risk than it is worth....as we could go down from here.

My bet, AG cuts or doesn't....doesn't matter...and we go down. Rise into the news.

PS - OJ, could you please give the P&F read of this chart? I don't know P&F.
