Goldbug, had you taken the time to understand the employee stock options game you would know that these sales represent the exercise of options (which are really hidden salary surrogates)and that holding the stock would expose the employee to alternative minimum taxes. The tax laws work in such a way as to encourage the sale of stock. You will find the identical pattern in any company using options as a surrogate for salary.

Your point is meaningless. Insider sales mean little. And an article in today's NY Times points out that insider buys also mean little.
