I'm almost certain that Pacel does not offer a 24/7 tech support service because there just isn't enough volume in the product right now and I don't think the company is at that stage of growth. I never asked Dave Calkins about tech support so the truth is I really don't know the answer. I believe that if someone calls the Pacel office during normal business hours they will be given as much Visual Writer tech support as they want. The bigger hit the product is with one customer, the more likely it is that it will catch on with other customers.
