Ibexx - Take a look at the whole post - I believe execution is exactly the issue and that the evidence is in, that's why I'm taking this stand. True it's early but I have seen too many pieces come together in the last 2 months to doubt what's happening. My biggest concern with Dell is that they needed to get out of the box in 2nd half 98 and did not do it, they are playing the other guy's game. There is only so far you can go with end of the pipe execution before someone changes the pipe. I think Dell fell behind the strategy curve over the last 6 months. It is not yet obvious in the business results but will be soon.
