David, after many years of investing and trading stocks I just don't buy the cost argument for not going public through an IPO. If tiny 3 employee internet companies that have millions in losses can do it, why not a profitable one like TBS? Also if I was the owner of a real company I would never ever enter into a deal with a BB penny stock outfit that has no track record and is only "developing" businesses. It would be just insane. Every company is developing businesses but 99 % of pennies never make it. That is why I am pretty sure that there are some skeletons in the closet that MEGW and TBS doesn't want shareholders to know about. Maybe that would explain the ridiculously short press release on Friday that hardly contained any information or details about TBS, its business or McPhail.
