Yes, the chart shows that the small caps are pausing. But what a HUGE run over the past month!!

As far as your earlier post regarding the emerging markets, I believe you're right about the value of emerging markets at beaten-down prices relative to the value of US stocks at a DJIA of 9500.

From Monday's IBD:

"AIM's research shows that small- cap stocks typically outperform large-caps after the Fed eases interest rates. During the 11 cycles of Fed rate reductions between '54 and '94, small-cap stocks averaged annual returns of nearly 35%, 12 percentage points better than big stocks."
