All: I am thinking seriously about switching for Brown & Co. But a line in their pamphlet confused me a bit. It states that all confirmations are available via phone or fax upon request. I am guessing that they mean that the Internet is the preferred method and you can have the other two if you want to. Is this correct?

I would not even consider using this company, regardless of how good they are, if I cannot confirm my day trades via the net. Can you?

Any other nagging common problems that you would like to share. From the posts here, everything seems very good except the time to open the account.
