Alan did you notice the wording in the K about recently not registering some of the shares that TK wanted to convert?? Also, the difference in shares o/s between TA and Co??? Almost 600K. I am glad to be out, but this story is long from over IMO. Be careful with the burn rate as there was a ton of noncash @##$% coming through in 4Q. W/O some capped SW and the CD mess. Things appear pretty clean for Q1. It would be interesting to know the backlog. SOP 91-1 req recog of exp before rev, hence the neg GM.

Been lurking on the tpii tread for over a year. Felt it was time to come out of the dark and into the light. I believe there is a bigger picture here then we are seeing. Alan, over the year we have gained large respect for your stock knowledge. I have some information that I would like to bounce off of u, but dont want to do it directly on the tread.
