24/7 tech support is very unusual. Or you could say it was unique.
This is a great way to improve a product without having to actually change anything about it. It just seems like a no-brainer to me.

How much do you think it would cost to have someone onhand to answer questions? I used to work at a place that needed to be staffed around the clock. It took five of us to do this. So let's say Pacel hires five people at maybe 25k, 30k a year. Hook up a phone, and a computer, and there's your support staff.

If they don't want to do this in-house it could be contracted out to a company such as National Tech Team. They provide hardware & software tech support for lots of companies.

My only experience with marketing is what makes me buy something.

How's that saying go...Give someone a fish and they eat for a day, but teach someone how to fish...
