REW, I am for all the cheering. Can any body please tell me if they have their order status accurately shown? NOT!!! I have sent numerous feedbacks regarding this matter with e-mail responses on OCT 5 from Ms. Amy saying it will be adressed soon and corrected. We are in the middle of November and the stupid mistake is there for anybody to see glaringly. We can cheer all we want, but if we have an embarassing situation that is being ignored and left on the site for the buyers of cd's to see and be frustrated with as it is erroneously giving prices of 32.65 for two cd's when it 24.98, we got NO DAMN WEBSITE. I finally sent them my last feedback stating that I would never bother to write them again about this matter. This is pathetic and totally unacceptable for something as simple as this to go uncorrected for so long. We all want to check order status, but we do not want to see erroneous data on the subject. Isn't that true? If so, how many of us have seen this problem and have said anything about it to the damn web designers? If we care for this co, we should stand up for the truth and tell them to get their act together or else we will be known as the co with the idiotic web site. A feedback is only as effective as the wiilingness of the programmers to be receptive of the constructive criticism and not to be left aside in a sort of in your face attitude which does nothing but hurt tsig in the long run. Dixie, or Gordon or Amy, get off your behinds and adress this issue. peacelover
