Hi Peacelover, Your point is well made and it is something that must be addressed immediately. Although I would be happy to do it for you, it would be presumptious of me to get your personal info which would be required to look at exactly what is occurring in your CCI account, but may I strongly suggest you give Catherine Krell a call tomorrow morning after 8-9am Pacific Coast time as she is essentially running the CCI website and marketing. You can reach her at the TSIG toll-free number and just ask for Catherine Krell. If you get her voice mail, try and leave the info and ask her to call you back ASAP... and tell her it is urgent. She does return her calls. I'll also give her a call as well. She's very pleasant to deal with and you'll get action. This is an important matter and although it is probably a simple fix, I agree it must be done now... especially with things appearing as if they're about to start rolling. "left on the site for the buyers of cd's to see and be frustrated with as it is erroneously giving prices of 32.65 for two cd's when it 24.98".............peacelover..are you sure your are not confusing pricing for non-card purchases versus the card discounted prices? (just a thought).....I have ordered on three occasions and never had a problem, current order status is accurate. The site "is getting better all the time". I have been recommending it to friends lately and am very comfortable with their presentation and service . john
