Hi Duane,

I don't know what to say. Up until that Barron's report I would have said that LSI continues its uptrend to try and complete the 16-18 gap and then retrace...but that report sounds pretty bad, the kind of report that upsets and worries most investors...accounting errors...yikes!

Unless LSI comes out with a release to counter this, LSI could sink down possibly to 14 which appears to be good support...but Wilf never seems to be on top of these things although he readily criticizes it months after the fact.<g> The shorts may be in the drivers seat right now...possibly even behind this article...I am a real cynic when it comes to things lot this:-)...

Tomorrow should be an up day for techs in general so we'll have to see how the street perceives this.

I sold all my LSIDB's at 7 3/4 last week and am gradually picking up LSIDC's so in a way I am welcoming this correction...BTW Elaine Garzarilli say's this is one of the rare times when investing in call options is maybe better than equities...b/c she is calling for bullish moves in the S&P from here.

Good Luck Trading
