This confirms my speculation some posts back that I believed the company was probably selling shares into runups (see post# 1420). They may also have a certain price threshhold. They have a company to finance and run. That takes $$$. Every buyout takes $$$. Means Giving away some of the bank. If a ANFS settlement occurs, I expect rapid share appreciation because more than likely the company would not have to sell anymore shares into the rally's, IMHO.
