In Zeev's defense, his posts have been informative, and his manner engaging. His favorite website is very interesting, too. I think he has been open about his profiting from "floorless" convertible conversions by shorting the stock, and it certainly isn't illegal to do so. I hope that he finds no profit potential here for that kind of activity. I don't think that he's about to take a short position until he smells blood, and VLNC is just too studly right now to mess around with.
