How reliable is this rumor??, Ciena appears to have made a base at these levels.. But, could this be another "3rd" time for a take over rumor??

Or can the Co. be trying to grow on its own first, before talking buy-out again?

<Ciena is ready to merge with Tellab for about $32.00 in cash.>

My DD shows that TLAB has under $200 million in cash on hand. A cash deal for CIEN would require over $ 3 Billion.

Not gonna happen. Has to be a stock swap deal, when not dilutive to TLAB.

Cheers,

Peppe
