You can either hit reload, or change your cache option to "every time" to have the browser get the new copy each time and not re-read it from cache. You'll have the same problem when doing realtime quotes etc. so I recommend setting it rather than hitting reload. The browser will then check to see if the html is different from what is in cache and if so reload it from the server. Saves a lot of confusion and mistakes.
