Like I said yesterday, one step forward, two steps back. If the Chief is right and BD demanded it be removed, which sounds very logical given their further "emphasis", what we have is an 8k announcing SEC charges, period. Oh, with a little smoke, now I feel confident using that word, to soften the blow, but it seems to have worked if these trades are correct.

Damn, I knew the word "significant" was significant!

One of the news stories last summer quoted TT as saying the Internet forums speculations forced them to publish Guido's report. No doubt if ever they explain why they deleted the word significant, they'll blame that on our wild speculations also.

Since I assume that the "current" lawyers approved the original wording of the last 8K, this will cause even greater delay in the publishing of any other releases. Why? Because they've learned again that they haven't got a clue! Especially if this turns out to be further ammunition for the SEC. The main question regarding this seems to be, "Who initiated the deletion, the SEC, BD&C or MINE?".

Facinated, Jon
