According to Volk, Form 10 will be filed by end of December. He didn't know anything about whether they will become a US company instead of a Canadian company. That would be interesting, since it would require a cert recall/replace. If this stock has been heavily shorted, that would make for some interesting price action. Maybe someone can ask Benz about that.

For an .08 cent stock, the volume wasn't very high. Only represented 13 trades made today. Don't see any indication of much developing. Any company can say they want to be a reporting company. Actually getting the paper work done, however, and meeting all the requirements is a horse of another color. Reminds me of DGIV and GNNX. Still waiting for them to reach their "fully reporting" status they promised months back. LT

*To the Thread** I have requested in a private e-mail to Walter Morton that he refrain from posting non-news items on the Facts Thread, and that he contact the webmistress and ask that his non-news posts be removed from the Facts Thread. This has not been done. The thread was started by Capitalism. I and many others have contributed to the thread over the months. Until Mr. Morton appeared, everybody seemed to understand the value to all posters, lurkers, and potential investors of posting ONLY messages of significant factual information. So I make a second request to Mr. Morton, this time publicly, that 1) he refrain from posting messages that belong on the regular thread to the Facts Thread; and 2) that he request the webmistress move his inappropriate posts to the regular thread. I had hoped to work on updating the index. However, if the integrity of the Facts Thread is not going to be respected, this would not be a good use of my time. If you would like to see the Facts Thread be preserved as a reference area of significant factual posts, please let your feelings be known to Mr. Morton in a private message. Regards, Suzanne
