Alan - you're actually double counting the DTL shares:

Mighton (before) 1,633,683 = 1,392,433 + 241,250. (Joter + DTL)
The same applies to McCann and McGee, the 1,633,684 and 1,000,000 are actually total shares held (sum of Joter and DTL).
