I Disagree, December is only two weeks away and most investors that plan to sell for tax purposes especially with heavy losses start selling now. They do not want to wait until December for the fear of heavier losses during increased selling pressure do to tax purposes. Why do you think PRWT continues to tank on all of the recent news/developments or lack there of? .Best Regards.
