Ok, I give up. I don't have a clue as to what's happening with PSFT. After my last class today, I check PSFT's closing price and what do I see? Bid: 0 Ask:0 PSFT not marginable. Then there's some sort of news about several gazillion class A shares being issued to the public. Is this what they mean by "dilluting stocks"? I don't even know if this is a good news or bad news. And even if it was good news, I am not sure if this will jumpstart this stock. Maybe I am being pessimistic, but it seems that every good news about this company has been met with declining stock price. So does this mean tomorrow opening price will be LOT lower than it was today's closing? Everything is so uncertain these days... Help! Would somebody please translate all these into plain English?

Robin

p.s. When in doubt, I always assume it's a bad news. This way, if the price declines tomorrow, I will feel good knowing that I was right. On the other hand, if this is a good news and the price goes up, then I will feel good for making money.

yeah, I know. What a wacky concept... But you would be too after spending several hours studying quantum statistical thermodynamics. I think I've incurred some brain damage here. Right now, all I can think about is counting the number of possible states for bosons and fermions and how they relate to energies. Then there's the relativistic E&M I need to prepare for tomorrow's lecture. I hate to admit it but this stuff is way over my head. If these people like Fermi and Dirac were so brilliant, why hasn't anyone succeeded in predicting the market?
