Fin Min probably given the choice as he is paid to determine the timing. I guess he would be construed to know the most about this sensitive issue. Not really that different from the Board of Governors allowing Alan the ability to decide out-of-meeting rate cuts when need be. Oh well. Patience. In the meantime, accumulate for all its worth.

As expected, CREAF continues to slide even with a strong market and strong tech sector. WS has no confidence in this stock right now, and the delay in the buyback isn't helping matters. I predicted over a week ago that we would continue to slide downward until CREAF begins the buyback. Even the announcement of a generous dividend did nothing to stop the slide. The shareholder vote to approve a buyback should NOT have been held until after **ALL*** (and I mean all) obstacles had been removed. I'll bet many investors still don't understand that CREAF is not allowed to buy back shares. I also predicted that by the time the buyback begins, it will probably only get us back to the recent highs (16). If the stock drops much more, the buyback won't even get us back that far. Those who think that the buyback is going to make us surge from the low teens to 20 must not have been investing very long or understand what CREAF's intentions are.

Finally, what do you think the chances are that CREAF won't get the o.k. to buy back any stock until next year?? Do you think this may be why they announced a dividend? Sort of as a consolation prize??

I say *best* case is that CREAF buys back a max of 3-4 million shares this year and boosts the price up a couple bucks. Then, we will need good Christmas expectations just to keep it from sliding back to pre-buyback prices.

I still believe this stock is grossly undervalued. However, it doesn't matter what I think or what we think or what the rah-rah boys on Yahoo think. The reality is that WS is still waiting to be impressed and I don't think anything short of a solid Christmas quarter is going to have any chance of getting the stock to move significantly.

Good luck to all,

FF

Creative's Worldwide Press Conference is scheduled for later today...

Stop by Creative's booth to hear first-hand the company's latest news announcements. Press members are invited to join Sim Wong Hoo, founder chairman and chief executive officer of Creative in the booth's Soundproof Room on Tuesday, November 17 at 3:00 pm.

It will be interesting to see if Creative issues press releases regarding the "company's latest news announcements" before the market opens today OR after the market closes today.

Sim's conference is slated to begin at 3:00 pm, which I take means the time of day in Las Vegas. In other words, his conference will be held after the bell today.
