Robert, The mirror site at webf2179.ntx.net should be faster. It comes right out of silicon valley and it's been much quicker for me. The FDA has to act by the 26th because Panretin was granted a priority review, which means that the FDA must complete the review with 6 months. However, they could find deficiencies, and issue a completed review letter, which suspends the 6 month clock. That's what happened with ONTAK. Hopefully, LGND will be able to quickly answer any questions by the 26th, so they can get an approval then. A rejection is highly unlikely, but a completed review letter without an approval is possible.
