Larry, I think you are wasting your time. Why not cover your short position or just buy some Valence. You have been arguing against its success since it was in the 3's. Now it's in the 8's. This may be an example of "the trend is your friend", unless you fight it.

Larry, what I think Lev said in the August conference call was that each part of the line had run successfully on its own, but that the company had not at that time run all the stages together as a unit.

So it is quite conceivable that the batteries that OEMs have or may have in their hands now are identical to those batteries produced, in stages, earlier in the year.

Hang loose. If you are right, you'll be rewarded for not being in the stock. If you are wrong, you can either buy in at higher prices or move to another stock.
