As long as the obstacle remains in the road this stock is not going up because that person has a history of exercising options and dumping new paper onto the market. There were a lot of big players that got burned and they won't play again until a certain officer of the company is gone. I'm not buying any paper above this level until he is gone. His departure will be a signal that this time we have a ligitimate play, that this isn't just a stock to be manipulated, and that people can invest with the confidence that all of the management team is professional and working in the best interests of the shareholders. Meanwhile I'm waiting to buy on weakness because ultimately someone will take this company over or come the next annual meeting one skum bag is going to get grilled at the annual meeting before he gets the boot.
