Thank you for the response. Please feel free to post you favorite recipes. I have a few good ones that I plan on posting soon to get us started. I am not a chef just so you know. However, I have read many cookbooks, spent plenty of hours in the kitchen and have a few friend who are chefs.

I started this site as a way to breakup all of the investment monotony of the day. I wanted a place where I could talk with others about something we all have in common, food. One day while watching Emeril something occurred to me that I enjoy asking of others. Do you eat because of taste or because of nourishment. I have found that on average it is a split. But, I have noticed one particularly interesting corollary though. Those that say they eat for nourishment also exercise for fun. How weird are they? I exercise but it is out of life sustenment not necessarily enjoyment.
