Dan O

FIGHT IT... I already did the dirty work establishing they were wrong....at least from Tuesday to Friday with their time stamp being off about 3 minutes as of Tuesday ...and it was off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday...but not sure of by how much.....

btw, they originally told me that my trying to change the order didnt show up anywhere in their logs...hinting that I was lying......so not only was I wrong about the time stamp...but I was lying about my changing my order...according to them.

telling me or hinting that I am lying when I am not is like a RED FLAG in front of a bull to me...

so after 45 minutes of phone conversation with me (original phone call)...with them claiming all sorts of ridiculous things (one person claimed their time stamp was effected by the time on my computer)...with me countering that there had to be a record because their computer generated the message to me......they discovered there is some place in New Jersey(i THINK that is where it is located) that keeps track of every key stroke..or something or other.

So do not let them get away with this crap.

and if anyone is disputing a trade...for whatever reason..you need to be aware that time stamp was off on the webbroker and make adjustments.....dont know if it was off on Trade Direct.

also..to show you how they operated...in the original phone call...I matched my time on my computer with their time on their computer (within a few seconds).....so they knew my time matched theirs....and that SHOULD have been a clue to at least investigate what I was saying..instead of telling me I couldnt possibly be right and take it to arbitration.

Lisa and Dan,

I had the same experience as Dan; I tried to change an order three minutes before the bell and was told the market had closed.
