There are some stocks that just don't move in price. I held Eagle Hardware, an excellent company and stock with consistent growth, which never seemed to move. A penny stock, TSIS, with blue chip clients, languishes, although almost every one on the thread raves about that stock for 1999.

I think market conditions, management, etc., can impact some stocks. Poor IR could affect the stock.

PLRP is too new, and has such huge competitors, that this stock will languish and skepticism will exist until those revenues come in.

I only wish I had bought now, not last month. I could have tripled my stockholdings. (Sigh)
