No short on KTEL this time .....

the 2 brokerages that I use don't have or can't promise me the shares without a possibility of being closed out , perhaps in an untimely (for me, that would be) fashion, due to the fact that they don't have very many shares to make available for shorting .....

I rode that beast down for a nice profit before, but I had an account with a larger brokerage house and I kept check on the number of shares they had to short .......

Briefing.com had an interesting comment to make about KTEL either yesterday or today ......

and last week I posted to Ron that it's not a real company ......
and lo and behold, now the NAZ has discovered that ........

I tried to do what Pat suggested and short the market after the runnup. I was waiting for 30 minutes before close and it started down 40 minutes before COB. I didn't want to chase it. I was going to buy some OEX puts. They doubled by the close.

Best Wishes,

Bob
