OT: Photoman don't worry, the Feds lowering the rates so the world can refinance.

Funny though, when I bought my first house in the 70's and had problems making my payments the bank seemed to not care? Hmm, I guess they had other secure loans out and didn't have to depend on mine.

Which makes me think, is there another world the U.S could finance other than this one?

Moodys downgraded Japanese sovereign debt

William,

Is anybody really paying attention to Moody's anymore? A couple of months ago some wag commented about another emerging market getting a case of Moody's blues... good for a week... the Japanese thing seems to have gone by with barely a hiccup. Frankly, those Moody's guys don't know if they're coming or going anymore.... either seriously behind the curve or jumping the gun.... a happy medium, I guess, is only to be found at 1-800-PSYCHIC in the wee hours....
