Dennis, Mr Larry Kieves is the newly hired president and COO. His father is a cousin of Phillip Kives, Ktel Chairman and CEO. (Note the slightly different spelling of last names). Mr Kieves, the COO, probably doesn't own too many shares yet, so I guess the Nasdaq letter was "immaterial" to him <g>. His predecessor, David Werner, sold all his holdings in May in the 30s for a cool $10 million. Werner pocketed the windfall and left the company.

Mr. Kives, who sold 2.2 million shares in May/June, probably sold another big chunk last week. We'll find out soon.

Regards,

Tom

Mr Kieves isnt charged in deciding what is material to him he is responsible to disclose any and all material developments that MIGHT affect shareholders or be significant or could adversly affect the company or it's shareholders, i have never seen a public co. withold a delisting letter for so long, It's Omission and criminal all the same... He ought to be forced to buy everyones shares at 39..just as a punishement .... By the way..I hope they stay listed I cant wait to attend the funeral when the file for BK protection,...it would be much better if they lasted another couple of months.
