Today, YES...cable modem...very slow. Did tracert, everything showed fine. Go figure....not my connection....it's there servers.

Yes, definitely. I've emailed Jill twice about it. She has been very prompt and polite in acknowledging my complaint/query, but no follow-up.

Since it appears that most people aren't experiencing this problem - if they were, this thread would be jammed with complaints because response is very bad - I wonder if the problem might be similar to prior ISP/SI interface difficulties. I use Netcom for access, and I notice that you do also. I know SI/Netcom have had problems in the past.

I'm sure hoping this clears up soon. It would be very nice if SI would acknowledge the problem(s) and would update us on the status. Being in limbo is also as frustrating as the slow response.

Jim, I've been getting VERY slow response at SI for the last 3 days. NetMedic confirms that 92% of the congestion is at SI itself.
