Show me a company that does not have a PR firm. If DGIV was only in the business of selling stock ( three PR firms to promote it) then how come there was no insider selling even when the stock went to eight bucks. On a big development, I go thru that many achitects or more before one firm I feel one gets what I want right.
This has been discussed over and over-time for such an intelligent person like yourself to move on to a higher, much more intellectual level.

Dear Mr. McGinnis,

Your observation that Digitcom's main business is stock
Promotion is as shallow as your own personality. In my own mind the reason why Digitcom has outside groups involved with the business of stock promotion and information dispersal is simple. It allows the Digitcom team to work exclusively on the main job of developing a international telecommunications network. As I am sure you are aware this is a very work intensive, grueling task. It requires the person's doing this work to be spending a huge amount of time traveling to foreign countries away from friends and family. This is the reality of the job Digitcom has taken on.
Stock promoting is a necessary tool of any public company and
they all use different methods of promotion. In Digitcom's case they are using these companies for the benefit of Digitcom and it's shareholders

Then there are companies and people who seem to have no
apparent reason to have any interest in a company or its stock.
They only seem to try to undermine any positive work that is on
going. Work preformed by those who are too busy actually
working(what a concept), to improve the position of the stock by providing a product rather than spreading, hearsay, rumors and misconceptions. It's almost as if some individuals are getting paid to do nothing but think of ways to cause concern and apprehension to persons who have an interest in a company.

Like your friends at stockdicktective and yourself, I am only
offering you a opinion, a speculation, an educated guess. Even
though I am only a mere trifle compared to your enormous amount
of brain power. I think that I'm correct in my humble opinion.
