Eagle Yes it is And I expect it to be reflected throughout the industry of data collection and throughout other streams of information. As an example: Where do these figures [in themselves] get sorted into and transfered within other technical indicators. Used daily and taken for granted as accurate. How about accurate closing figures on GE or Microsoft..? All this has to do with time of CAPTURE The representative I emailed told me his data provider will increase the capture time by 15 minutes, because of my presentation....big deal. Think I will also email the Wall Street Journal. This is just incidental small change.....not important, but still reflective of a symptom..? Chip
