Just not true with respect to water untilities. There is a large degree of automated control, but not a lot of it is mpcs controlled. It's more on the level of relays. Systems can be shut down for a malfunction and there can be "false positives" but the date is not going to shut these systems down.

I know because I've toured the plants in this state and discussed operations with personnel.
