Remember the days when this stock NEVER went down? It was not too long ago. The inside word I hear is that the company still predicts record growth and earnings. This stock has not even recovered from the Oct. 98 market correction and is due for a major ride up.

In short, I don't think that they are attempting to fool anybody with a financial shell game. What's to fool?

Could it be...to hide expense (or loss) under R&D writeoff? Of course, I have no real information, just speculation in light of the same game being played again and again on wall st.

Any thoughts from the thread as to what the
repricing of stock options for employees means for us other folks
in the short term. Seems like a long term good.
