E-commerce gains ground with better security, services

Cyber sign-in

"Handwritten signatures are transformed into unique digital authenticators by CyberSign's biometric signature verification technology. By analyzing the shape, speed, stroke, pen pressure and timing information during the act of signing one's name on a digitizer tablet, CyberSign creates a biometric template that can be compared to future sign-ins on client/server systems. No passwords to forget or leave taped to a monitor, no copies of digital certificates to be stolen from unsecured client computers."

Push Button Call Back

"Many customers prefer to shop by Web but order by phone. USA Global Link accommodates these buyers with its new Instant Callback service, which lets Web shoppers click a button to place a voice callback request to a company representative. The click opens a customized Web page, where customers enter their names and the phone numbers at which they wish to be called. Options include "call me now" or "call me in X minutes." USA Global Link's IP telephony switch calls the company's customer service rep and advises that an Instant Callback customer is about to be connected. Then the switch calls the customer and connects him/her with the rep."

Somebody want to pass these ideas onto the company? The second one sounds especially ideal for TSIG because of TSIG's teleservice experience and expertise. This would solidify TSIG's advantage over its competitors and demonstrate leadership through innovation.

Bob, if the OBV on TSIG continues to climb at this rate there won't be any shares left to accumulate:
