Im glad you posted "Opinion" because I just can see how you could in text for the whole world to see , you write something that you do not have material evidence to support. you have a right to speculate. But tell me something, when GSCO, BEST, MLCO, FBCO, SMBH, MSCO or any of these big guys do secondaries and IPOS, what happens about excitement with their deals. It sure makes selling out the IPO on THEGLOBE to EBAY or any other deal when the press is pumping these thing up like crazy. Then GSCO (goldman sachs) or BEST (Bear Stearns) and etc look like heros. If any small company does a placement of stock and they have generic Press whether on TV or in papers or Investment periodicals show the company( and not the offering, because one cannot advertise an offering) what is the difference. Do you know watchman, that these Investment Firms receive all sorts of compensation including warrants and stock. And you dont think this stock gets distributed in the press hypes. See the problem is too many people get greedy and pump these things up. dump and go away. But the similarities are all to similar. Thank you for clarifying your "Opinion"

Watchwoman, my attorney who informs me that the courts in new york are now ruling for companies against internet hypesters whose slanderous and otherwise false and misleading defamatory statements, when used as a device to harm, injure or otherwise damage a companies competitive advantage in the market place. It is now a cause for damages against the perpetrator of said act and there is case low on the books to support it. You are hereby notified that any manner of communication that can be interpreted as an interference by you with my personal business or financial affairs will be followed by swift legal action from me. My holdings in this companies common stock' purchased in the public marketplace at my own risk, did not include as a risk the possibility that some burnout would attempt to harm their ability to secure financing or otherwise conduct its business. If my holdings are effected by your slanderous, defamatory and otherwise misleading statements, that are being used as a fraud and a device to mislead others and for your own benefit, you will pay. Your motives are not my concern. But your ravings are becoming more than just a nuisance. The online services will not protect your anonymity if I bring an action against you and threaten to enjoin them for your actions. Silicon Investor has already made its position clear; you will be exposed, and if it is proven that you are a broker, you will be expelled.
