Bruce. What's up with FAF?? I know you rate it rather high. However today it dropped ~4.5% ($1 9/16)after announcing the merger with National Information Group (NAIG --FAF uses the term merger, others use the term acquisition). Of course NAIG gapped up $7 1/4 today.
This acquisition will add about 2.75M shares bringing FAF to about 60M shares (not sure I'm using the right numbers here for the math).

Anyway, the Stochastic indicates (to me) a buy now but the drop after the acquisition news bothers me some. What's your opinion on this one? Will it take some time to shake out this acquisition or is this one a buy on this drop?

Thanks.
Dwane
